Peanuts for a starter and steak for lunch. Being on keto is a good thing when you’re headed to Texas Roadhouse.
Our server was Kim and she definitely knew the script for trying to get us to buy appetizers and drinks or upgrade our meals or go for dessert. It’s not a hard sell at all. The birthday shouting at the next table was a little annoying but it’s also done in a good spirit.
I chose the 12 ounce ribeye with broccoli and it arrived cooked exactly to order with the proper grill marks. The steak was a good cut and tender as it should be with very little fat on it to be trimmed.
Steak’s not cheap or expensive and I found this to be a reasonable price. I’d get back to Texas Roadhouse, no complaints.
