Great breakfast this morning and on a weekend in high season, there was a reasonable wait. They have seats (and tables) outside so the wait was pleasant. When our name was called – ahead of the predicted 15 minute wait – we were seen to a table inside.
Not just omelets here, they have all sorts of other breakfast and lunch treats too. The glossy menu lists salads, burgers and sandwiches in addition to breakfast burritos, benedicts, skillets, griddle pancakes and waffles. Their “signature omelets” take up a big section of the menu and include a dozen or so clever and creative mixes of ingredients.
I chose the “House” omelet which includes FOUR eggs (instead of the usual three) plus bacon and sausage and peppers and onions and mushrooms. What arrived was a large omelet that was well stuffed and since I’m not eating carbs, the sliced tomatoes were a better choice than home fries or hash browns. The rye toast and the slice of cantaloupe went to Mom.
Good service. I could see returning here again, no problem.
