So now that I’m doing a keto diet (lost three pounds the first week over Thanksgiving!), we ended up back at Cowfish and here’s me looking for low-carb options. Well, Cowfish accommodates and in spades!
I chose the Cobb salad with blue cheese. It was massive. You know how so many salads are more lettuce than “stuff”? That was not the case here. I was eating chicken and cheese and blue cheese and olives and bacon and cucumber and avocado all throughout this salad. And with this much food, I ended up only able to eat half of it. Just an impressive meal here.
My daughter, also doing keto, went with the Hamandegger Burger, hold the bun. A huge patty with plenty of cheese and two large pieces of crunchy bacon. Lettuce and onions and again, huge. She also subbed out the fries and got a seaweed salad instead. Delish!
Great keto-friendly options here at Cowfish and I’m so pleased that we headed back here.
