Ice cream? Yes, please. I lucked out with a parking space nearby and was able to get in to Jeni’s quickly. The restaurant is clean and the ice creams are displayed behind glass. A list of the current ones are on the board with a menu. Easy enough.
Choose one full scoop or two half-scoops for the same price, so I went with the two. Sweet Potato with Torched Marshmallows and Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks. Both were delicious. A little sweet but the random soft chewy pieces of marshmallow and the random crunchy bites of chocolate were awesome. Great flavor.
Great unique flavor choices including “Bangkok Peanut” and “Goat Cheese with Red Cherries” sound interesting.
It’s a cute shop with seating inside and out. South End needs cute spots like this.
