The restaurant where I had dinner was serving Pedras (“Stones”) as their bubbly water. Tasty stuff with a small bubble that went well with the mildly spicy dinner I had. My water was plain, but they offer lemon, apple and raspberry flavored. It’s apparently naturally carbonated.
The fountain where it originates was discovered by Romans in the 11th Century. A water sample was presented at the Vienna International Exposition in 1873 and was awarded a prize.
Tasty stuff, I give ’em four stars.
